Herb Day is an event where the city sells herb plants all day along with cooking demos, presentations and stuff like that. I didn't stay for the whole thing, I just bought herbs and left. I still had my pink in celebration of sign on the back of my shirt. Finally someone asked me who Penny was and I about died laughing because I had completely forgotten to take off the sign.
